The Azure Kapparis Resident Portal (azure-kapparis.com) is a non-commercial, private portal operated by the Azure Kapparis Management Committee, Kapparis, Famagusta, Cyprus, EU.

This portal is exclusively for the use of property owners, residents, and authorised management personnel of the Azure Complex by Kybana. It is not a commercial website and does not collect data for marketing or advertising purposes.

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the resident portal:

• Registration data: Name, email address, villa/apartment number — used to verify residency and create your portal account.
• Login data: Username and encrypted password — used to authenticate your access to the portal.
• Profile data: Phone number, WhatsApp number — optional, used for community communication.
• Incident reports: Description, location, urgency level — submitted voluntarily by residents to notify the Committee.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information — collected automatically for security and spam prevention.

We do not collect data for advertising, marketing, or commercial purposes. We do not sell your data to third parties.

This website uses cookies only for essential functionality:

• Session cookie: Set when you visit the login page to determine if your browser accepts cookies. Contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
• Login cookies: Set when you log in to save your login information. Login cookies last for 2 days. If you select "Remember Me", your login will persist for 2 weeks.
• Preference cookies: Screen display choices last for 1 year.
• Editorial cookies: If you publish content, a cookie indicating the post ID is saved for 1 day. Contains no personal data.

We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics cookies.

If you upload images to the portal, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Other users may be able to download and extract location data from images uploaded to the site.

• Resident accounts: Retained for as long as you are a resident of Azure Kapparis. You may request deletion at any time.
• Incident reports: Retained for the duration necessary for the Committee to address the matter, then archived or deleted.
• Technical logs: IP address logs are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes.
• Login cookies: Automatically expire as described in the Cookies section above.

As an EU resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access: You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification: You can correct any inaccurate or incomplete data via your profile settings.
